Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage and support key finance and commercial operations at VideoSDK. The role will involve customer collections, contracts, financial documentation, NDAs, P&L support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong financial fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day finance activities in a fast-paced product company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on customer collections and outstanding payments.
• Maintain and manage customer contracts, agreements, and finance-related documentation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain NDAs and other commercial documents.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining P&L statements and financial reports.
• Track invoices, receivables, payments, and customer account details.
• Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, contracts, and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Management on finance-related requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial and commercial transactions.
• Support monthly and periodic financial reporting.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices, payments, or customer accounts and coordinate for timely resolution.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance or Qualified CA.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Commercial Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of customer collections, contracts, invoicing, P&L, and financial documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have

• Familiarity with financial/accounting software and ERP systems.
• Experience working in a SaaS, IT Product, or B2B technology company.
• Experience handling B2B customer collections and contracts.
• Basic understanding of taxation, compliance, and commercial processes.
