About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Accounts & Taxation professional who can take ownership of accounting operations, taxation compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This role is ideal for a CA Dropout / CA Inter candidate looking to build a strong career in a structured business environment with hands-on exposure to

Accounts, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, journal entries, ledgers, and account scrutiny.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Perform Bank, Vendor, Customer and GST reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management MIS.
• Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Consultants and Internal Teams.
• Assist in tax audit, statutory audit, and assessment-related requirements.
• Review accounting records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for taxation and audit purposes.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related reports.

Technical Skills Required

Must Have

• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
• Working knowledge of Income Tax
• Accounting principles and finalization
• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
• Statutory & Tax Audit exposure
• Advanced MS Excel
• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software

Good To Have

• Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Industry experience
• Experience in handling multi-location accounting
• Exposure to MIS and financial analysis
• CA Firm / Industry experience
