Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our diagnostic centre team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for diagnostic tests and health packages.
• Visit residential societies, RWAs, corporate offices, clinics, gyms and local businesses to promote our services.
• Promote preventive health check-up packages and special offers.
• Coordinate and organise health camps in residential societies and corporate offices.
• Build relationships with doctors, corporate HR teams, RWAs and local business partners.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow the business.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in sales, field marketing or healthcare is preferred.
• Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn can also apply.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and professional.

Salary: Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives (depending on experience).
