Whizzy Logistics is looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our growing team in the Quick Commerce segment.

📍 Location: Yelahanka, Jalahalli, Whitefield, KR Puram, Electronic City, Wilson Garden

💼 Role: Field Recruiter, Openings: 6

💰 CTC: ₹3 – ₹4.5 LPA

⚡ Industry: Quick Commerce / EV Logistics / Delivery Operations

What you’ll be doing

• Drive end-to-end field recruitment for delivery riders
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks & other channels
• Conduct candidate screening and onboarding
• Build strong local hiring networks and referral channels
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth rider deployment

What we’re looking for

✅ 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment/volume hiring

✅ Experience in Quick Commerce, Delivery, Logistics, E-commerce, or Gig Workforce is preferred

✅ Strong communication & convincing skills

✅ Comfortable with field work and local-area sourcing

✅ Target-oriented with a strong execution mindset

✅ Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred
