Role Description The Field Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for planning and executing field marketing initiatives that promote Nexfore Consulting’s safety, audit, training, and documentation services to targeted client segments. Daily activities include coordinating local events and workshops, managing campaigns with partner organizations, and building relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, and regulatory bodies. The role involves developing marketing collateral, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with sales and consulting teams to align field activities with business objectives. The Field Marketing Manager is also expected to represent the brand at client meetings and industry forums, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing within consulting, safety, or professional services environments.
• Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, including familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting.
• Ability to develop and adapt marketing content for presentations, brochures, workshops, and client communications.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple on-site activities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, CSR, or audit-related domains is highly beneficial and will help in positioning Nexfore Consulting’s services effectively.
• Comfort working on-site in Thane, with willingness to travel locally for client visits, events, and partner meetings as needed.
