Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Analyst specialising in Cash and Banking, Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

The role will support finance transformation and company-code deployment initiatives, ensuring that banking structures, payment processes, cash management and treasury-related capabilities are correctly designed, configured and integrated with SAP Finance.

The successful candidate will act as the functional link between business stakeholders, Finance, Treasury, Banking and SAP technical teams, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting implementation, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across SAP Cash and Banking, Treasury and FSCM.
• Assess banking and treasury impacts arising from new company-code deployments and organisational changes.
• Define banking structures, bank-account requirements, payment processes and treasury integration requirements for new entities.
• Support configuration and validation of house banks, bank accounts, payment methods and bank determination.
• Ensure appropriate integration between company codes, banking processes, treasury operations and financial accounting.
• Support cash positioning, liquidity management, bank-statement processing and payment-related processes.
• Review requirements relating to debt, investments, foreign exchange, intercompany funding and treasury accounting, where applicable.
• Support FSCM-related processes, including credit management, collections, dispute management and cash application, based on business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration specifications and user stories.
• Conduct system-impact assessments and recommend solutions aligned with the existing SAP architecture.
• Prepare and execute functional, integration and regression test scenarios.
• Support deployment planning, cutover, go-live and post-deployment hypercare.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain solution documentation, configuration records and operational-support materials.
• Work with Finance, Treasury, Banking, Tax, Intercompany and Reporting stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution readiness.

Required Skills and Experience

• Typically 5+ years of relevant SAP Finance, Banking, Treasury or FSCM experience.
• Strong functional experience in SAP Cash and Banking and SAP Treasury.
• Experience with relevant SAP FSCM capabilities.
• Good understanding of SAP FI and its integration with banking and treasury processes.
• Experience supporting company-code deployments, entity changes or finance transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of:
• House banks and bank-account structures
• Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
• Payment methods and payment processes
• Bank determination
• Cash management and liquidity forecasting
• Treasury accounting
• Ability to develop functional designs and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, cutover, deployment and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to SAP Bank Account Management, Multi-Bank Connectivity or Advanced Payment Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting integration.
• Experience working in multi-country or multi-entity finance environments.
• Relevant SAP Treasury, FSCM or Finance certification.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Treasury or accounting qualifications are advantageous.
