Role Description This is a full-time Export Sales role based in Neemuch with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site presence and some work from home. The role includes identifying and developing new international markets, managing existing export clients, and coordinating sales activities from inquiry to order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities involve conducting market research, preparing quotations and proposals, handling export documentation in collaboration with internal teams, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. The Export Sales professional will communicate regularly with overseas buyers, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. The role also requires close coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with international clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze global demand, competition, and potential regions for expansion.
• Candidates should possess Export-related skills to understand export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess International Sales and Sales skills to manage negotiations, pricing, and long-term customer relationships.
• Relevant experience in export or international trade, preferably in a similar industry, is beneficial.
• Understanding of Incoterms, international payment methods, and basic logistics concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to different cultures and time zones.
