Export Marketing Manager

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients
• Plan and execute export marketing strategies and campaigns
• Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiations with international buyers
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order execution
• Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures
• Market research and strategic planning ability
• Cultural awareness and adaptability
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple markets and client
• Experience in specific industries (e.g., FMCG, textiles, incense/agarbatti, etc.)
• Knowledge of export documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, IEC, etc.)
• Fluency in foreign languages (advantage)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in export sales/marketing (typically 3–8 years)
