Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily sort center operations, ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily sort center operations and ensure smooth shipment flow.

Track productivity, quality, shipment processing, and compliance metrics.

Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and last-mile delivery teams.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely processing and dispatch.

Manage stakeholder communication and escalate operational issues for timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.

Prepare daily MIS reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications Skills

Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.

Relevant experience in sort center, logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.

Knowledge of shipment processing, transportation coordination, and operational KPIs.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Shipment processing accuracy and dispatch timeliness.

Sort center productivity and operational efficiency.

SLA adherence and shipment quality.

Timely issue escalation and resolution.
