Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & perks administration.
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive business outcomes through people initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization by providing orientation sessions and introducing them to key stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities
