Executive Director - HR & Talent

Role Description

The Executive Director - HR & Talent is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad. This role oversees the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and development of HR policies aligned with organizational goals. The Executive Director will manage employee relations, performance management frameworks, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily responsibilities include leading HR initiatives, advising senior management on people strategies, mentoring HR team members, and driving a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership skills, including strategic HR planning and talent management.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with legal requirements and business needs.
• Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication frameworks.
• Hands-on background in Performance Management, including goal-setting, appraisal systems, and development plans.
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Proven experience in senior HR roles, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
