Executive Director Finance

Role Description

The Executive Director Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategic financial planning for Esse India. This role includes managing budgeting processes, cash flow, and long-term financial forecasting to support business growth and stability. The Executive Director Finance will review and analyze financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership. Daily responsibilities also involve implementing internal controls, managing compliance with relevant financial regulations, and optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial data.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial information and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to lead and mentor finance teams, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial colleagues.
