Roligt Foods is building a next-gen clean-label beverage brand out of Hyderabad. We make drinks with short, honest ingredient lists and nothing we cannot defend. We are pre-launch, running live activations across the city and rolling out smart vending kiosks. As we scale, we are building a small team that owns outcomes, not tasks.

Role Description

The Events Lead runs every activation we do: flea markets, food fests, community carnivals and corporate campuses. Based in Hyderabad, you work with the revenue team, the brand promoters and the brand team. Every event has to produce sampling numbers, sales and leads. This role suits someone who is happiest on the ground and obsessive about the details of a good stall.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the events calendar, with 4 to 8 activations a month.
• Find organisers and venues, negotiate stall fees and close bookings.
• Own stall setup, stock, collateral, permissions and teardown.
• Hire, brief and roster the brand promoter team. Run the on-ground script.
• Capture leads with consent at every event and hand them over to the CRM team on the same day.
• Report on each event: footfall, samples, conversions, leads and cost per lead.
• Feed customer reactions back to the brand and product teams.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 2 to 4 years of experience in events, BTL activations or on-ground marketing for an FMCG or F&B brand.
• An existing network of Hyderabad organisers and vendors.
• Experience leading a field team, even a small one.
• A two-wheeler and a valid licence.
• The attitude of "if it needs to get done, I will make sure it gets done."
