About Fingpay

Fingpay is a fintech and digital solutions company working across banking, payments, ERP, and technology solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented ERP Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
• Conduct field visits to prospects and potential clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in ERP Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Field Sales / Software Sales.
• Good understanding of the sales process and lead conversion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
• Experience selling ERP, CRM, POS, SaaS, or other business software will be an advantage.
