We are hiring for a Leading Institutional Broking Firm looking to add a dynamic Equity Research Associate to its Institutional Research team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about Indian equity markets and fundamental research.

Key Responsibilities

Support Lead Analyst(s) in covering Indian listed companies across sectors

Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks

Conduct in-depth fundamental research, industry analysis, and peer benchmarking

Assist in preparing research reports, earnings updates, and thematic notes

Track quarterly results, management commentary, and key sector developments

Participate in management meetings, concalls, and investor interactions

Maintain databases, financial projections, and research trackers

Desired Profile

14 years of experience in Equity Research (Sell Side preferred)

Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies

Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel

CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced institutional setup .
