We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Equity Dealer to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets and a passion for helping clients achieve their investment goals. As an Equity Dealer, you will be responsible for executing trades, providing investment advice, and managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders for equities and other securities on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding investment opportunities and market trends.
• Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform trading strategies.
• Handle terminal operations and ensure accurate order punching.
• Cross-sell third-party products to enhance client portfolios.
• Assist in the management of demat accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading practices.
• Familiarity with NISM certification and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in terminal handling and order execution.
• Experience in cross-selling financial products is a plus.
