Job Description

Equifax is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and platform customization to support enterprise risk management, compliance, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications based on business requirements.

Implement and maintain GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Issues Management.

Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, workflows, and Flow Designer automations.

Configure risk assessments, control testing, compliance monitoring, policy exceptions, and remediation workflows.

Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Customize forms, tables, reports, dashboards, notifications, and access controls.

Gather requirements, prepare technical documentation, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Support platform upgrades, application deployments, and ongoing maintenance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and enterprise risk or compliance management processes.

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.

Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, workflows, ACLs, and application configuration.

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data imports.

Understanding of IT governance, risk management, internal controls, audit, and compliance processes.

Experience with testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment Qualifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Relevant ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience or certifications.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools such as Jira and Git.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Role Expectations

The candidate should be able to independently develop and maintain ServiceNow GRC solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot platform issues, and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications aligned with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
