Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist with federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses

Support senior accountants and managers with tax planning and compliance projects

Conduct tax research and stay current on changing tax laws and regulations

Assist with client communications and documentation requests

Maintain accurate workpapers and ensure timely completion of assignments

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)

Strong academic record (GPA of 3.5+ preferred or demonstrated academic excellence)

Internship or exposure to public accounting is a plus

Solid understanding of basic tax and accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

CPA track or intention to pursue CPA is highly preferred
