Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, explaining financial performance and insights. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the business. Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
