Enterprise Application QA Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Applications QA Analyst to support our portfolio of business-critical applications, with a primary focus on SAP environments including SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA across key SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.), while also supporting Salesforce and eCommerce platforms from a business outcome and integration testing perspective.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESSuccessfully lead and execute the full QA lifecycle across portfolio applications & projectsEnsure robust testing coverage across SAP Business One, ECC, and S/4HANA environments and integrationsEffectively manage defect lifecycle and reduce production defectsDeliver structured and efficient UAT cycles aligned with business expectationsProvide QA leadership for major initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA implementations, transformations)Ensure accuracy and completeness of data during migrations and system changesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESQA Lifecycle OwnershipOwn and execute the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including:Test planning and estimationTest case/script design and executionDefect management and reportingTest closure and sign-offEnsure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and full integration testingSAP-Focused Testing (Business One, ECC, S/4HANA)Lead QA efforts across SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA environmentsValidate end-to-end business processes and system integrations across SAP landscapes and connected systemsSupport and validate S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformations (preferred)Perform data migration validation, including reconciliation, completeness, and accuracy checksProvide QA support for Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms, focusing on:Business process validationEnd-to-end user experience and outcomesIntegration testing with SAP and other enterprise systemsCollaborate with SMEs for deeper platform-specific validation where neededUAT CoordinationLead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Define UAT approach, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria with business stakeholdersFacilitate test execution and issue resolutionTrack testing progress and ensure timely defect remediationProgram & Project SupportDeveloping comprehensive test strategies and plansManaging QA activities across multiple workstreams and teamsCollaborating with project managers, developers, business users, and system integratorsParticipate in go-live readiness assessments and final QA sign-offDefect & Quality ManagementManage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolutionProvide reporting on test execution progress, defect status, and quality risksEnsure adherence to established quality standards and governance processesSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications610 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with QA as the primary disciplineStrong experience testing across SAP Business One, SAP ECC, and/or S/4HANAProven experience with end-to-end integration testing across enterprise systemsExperience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience coordinating UAT with business stakeholdersAbility to translate business processes into structured test cases and scenarios .
