Role - Consultant/ Manager

Location- PAN India

Role Overview

• Position Focus: Senior-level strategy/consulting role focused on Enterprise Agentic AI Transformation, architecture design, and business value realization.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including high-value consulting and large-scale delivery with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Use Cases: Lead stakeholder discovery workshops to identify pain points, opportunities, and AI transformation use cases.
• Agentic Architecture Design: Architect end-to-end agentic solutions (hierarchy, target-state architecture, value streams, and transformation roadmaps) with deep technical fluency in at least one platform/ecosystem (GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or Anthropic).
• Value & Business Cases: Build executive business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, investment requirements, and KPIs.
• Change Management: Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans for AI initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Tech Fluency: Deep hands-on or platform expertise in cloud, data platforms, or foundation models, with the ability to distinguish between real agentic value and hype.
• Industry Lens: Recognized depth in a priority industry (Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, or Banking) to challenge current processes and engage C-suite executives credibly.
• Core Skills: Enterprise process reengineering, program management, governance/regulatory awareness (e.g., EU AI Act, model risk), and executive communication.
