Job Description & Responsibilities

Technical / Subject Knowledge

  • Analysis / Design of structures & buildings using STAAD Pro or similar software
  • Knowledge of Indian codes relevant to civil/structural discipline
  • Experience of 3D model review tools e.g. Smart Plant Review or Navis Works
  • Knowledge of SP3D environment is highly DESIRABLE
  • Design of Fired Capital Equipment, Equipment supporting Structure
  • Connection Design
  • Calculating MTO
  • Addressing Site Queries

Skill Sets

Static analysis, design, RC / steel structures

Software Tools & Technology

STAAD Pro or equivalent analysis / design software, SP3D, Tekla

Key Role & Responsibility

  • Analysis and/or Design of structures/buildings & foundations
  • Coordination with other disciplines e.g. Piping, E&I, Projects
  • Checking drawings prepared by designers
  • Checking/review of fabrication drawings
