Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Tech Associate to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing email marketing campaigns, maintaining email data, and monitoring campaign performance. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare, schedule, and send marketing emails.
• Maintain and update email lists and campaign data.
• Check email content, links, formatting, and templates before sending.
• Monitor email campaign performance, including opens, clicks, and bounces.
• Prepare basic campaign reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with team members to complete daily campaign tasks.
• Follow company processes and maintain accuracy in campaign-related work.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of email and internet usage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.
