Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Fresher Electrical Engineer to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive attitude toward learning and working. Candidates holding an MBA degree alongside their engineering background will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering and technical teams in day-to-day electrical project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Support project documentation, site updates, vendor coordination, and client communication.
• Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, technical specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Participate in cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Added Advantage: MBA / PGDM in related fields.
• Experience: Fresher (0 to 1 year).
• Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good basic knowledge of electrical systems and engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic team environment.
