Role Description The Electrical Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in industrial and project environments. Day-to-day tasks may include cable routing, panel wiring, troubleshooting electrical faults, performing routine inspections, and supporting senior technicians or engineers during commissioning activities. The Electrical Associate will follow safety protocols, maintain accurate records of work performed, and coordinate with project supervisors to complete tasks on schedule. The role also requires effective communication with team members and adherence to company and client standards.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of basic electrical principles and components, including circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Hands-on skills in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with standard tools, instruments, and test equipment used in electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset in all field activities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with technicians, engineers, and project managers.
• Relevant diploma, ITI, or vocational qualification in Electrical or related discipline; previous field experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surat and adapt to different project environments and schedules.
