Role Description The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar. This role is responsible for planning and executing ecommerce marketing strategies to drive online sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement for Asteroid Metal’s products. Day-to-day tasks include managing online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, monitoring campaign performance, and coordinating promotional activities. The role involves collaborating with sales, production, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and inventory priorities. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will also analyze customer behavior and market trends, manage digital marketing projects, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize ecommerce performance.
• Candidates should possess Sales and E-Commerce skills to manage online channels, convert leads, and grow revenue.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to plan, implement, and refine digital and ecommerce marketing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, or industry-specific B2B portals) and digital advertising tools is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, operations, and sales teams.
• Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
