Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for a skilled Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our Shopify and ecommerce projects.

What you’ll do

Manage and coordinate multiple Shopify/ecommerce projects.
Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers and clients.
Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project delivery.
Handle Shopify store operations, updates, products, apps and integrations.
Conduct QA before client handovers.
Manage client communication and requirements.
Identify operational issues and solve them proactively.
Build and improve internal processes and SOPs.

What we’re looking for

Strong hands-on understanding of Shopify and ecommerce.
Excellent project and task management skills.
Strong communication and client-handling ability.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Problem-solving mindset and strong ownership.
Experience in an ecommerce brand or agency is preferred.
