E-Learning Developer

We are looking for a creative E-Learning Developer skilled in building engaging, interactive, and visually appealing digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive courses using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Create branching scenarios, simulations, gamification, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to meet learning objectives.
• Ensure course quality, functionality, and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-Learning development.
• Strong Storyline skills and a portfolio showcasing complex, interactive projects.
• Knowledge of visual design, interaction design, and instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms is a plus.

Important – Paid Assessment Project

As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a paid project assignment to demonstrate their practical skills. Candidates will be compensated for the project delivered. This is a part of the selection process only.

Portfolio showcasing highly interactive E-Learning projects is mandatory.
