Wildflower Naturals is looking for an E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to grow online sales, optimise advertising budgets and turn marketplace visibility into measurable business results.

If you have hands-on experience managing Blinkit, Amazon Ads and Meta Ads, this opportunity is for you!

📍 Location: Gurgaon, India

💼 Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

💰 Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience

🎯 What Success Looks Like in This Role

Your performance will be measured by your ability to drive measurable growth across our e-commerce and digital channels, including:

• Revenue Growth: Increase online sales across Blinkit, Amazon and our website.
• Advertising Efficiency: Improve ROAS and reduce customer acquisition costs while scaling campaigns.
• Marketplace Performance: Improve product visibility, listing quality, conversion rates and advertising performance on Blinkit and Amazon.
• Meta Ads Performance: Generate quality traffic and conversions that translate into website sales.
• Budget Optimisation: Manage advertising spends efficiently while balancing growth and profitability.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyse performance, identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Blinkit product listings, visibility and advertising campaigns.
• Handle Amazon listings, catalogue optimisation and Amazon Ads.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads for our website.
• Track sales, ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and advertising spend.
• Share regular performance reports with actionable insights and growth strategies.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with relevant, hands-on experience in e-commerce management and performance marketing.
• Professionals experienced with Blinkit, Amazon Seller Central and Meta Ads.
• Someone who can independently manage campaigns, analyse data and take ownership of business outcomes.

Relevant experience is a must. We’re looking for someone who can deliver results, not just run campaigns.
