• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Handle lead management, opportunity management, accounts, contacts, and sales processes.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations.
• Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module.
