Position Title Deputy Project Manager - Highway Department Project Management Construction Company Shivam Condev Private Limited Reports To Project Manager Project Director Location Project Site As Assigned Reports To Project Manager Project Director Role Objective The Deputy Project Manager Highway will assist the Project Manager in planning execution monitoring and completion of highway road projects as per contract specifications quality standards safety norms timelines and budget The role involves coordination with clients consultants contractors and site teams to ensure smooth project progress Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in overall project execution and management Supervise and monitor highway road construction works including earthworks pavement structures and associated works Review project schedules progress reports and ensure timely completion of milestones Ensure compliance with technical specifications quality standards and safety requirements Coordinate with design teams consultants and client representatives for approvals and issue resolution Assist in resource planning allocation and monitoring manpower equipment and materials Support in preparation of progress reports bills and necessary documentation Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements Identify risks delays and challenges assist in implementing corrective actions Provide leadership to site engineers and field staff ensuring effective team performance Educational Experience Requirements B Tech B E in Civil Engineering mandatory M Tech in Highway Transportation Engineering preferred Minimum 10-15 years of experience in highway road projects with at least 3-5 years in a managerial lead role Experience in NHAI State Highway projects will be an added advantage Job Type Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
