Job Position: TECH LEAD – UAV / DRONE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS | Location: Noida

Experience: 6+ years in Software Engineering, including 2+ years in Technical Leadership/Architecture

We’re looking for a technical leader with hands-on experience in UAV, drone, robotics or autonomous systems software to lead the development of mission-critical applications.

Key Requirements

• Experience developing UAV/drone software, Ground Control Stations (GCS) or telemetry systems.
• Knowledge of MAVLink, autopilot integration or real-time vehicle communication is highly preferred.
• Strong programming skills in React, TypeScript, Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Proven technical leadership and architecture ownership.

Full-stack experience alone may not be sufficient without relevant robotics, UAV or real-time systems exposure.
