Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drive Test Engineer role based in Cannanore. The Drive Test Engineer is responsible for performing field drive tests for mobile networks, collecting and validating RF data, and ensuring accurate documentation of test results. The role includes analyzing network performance for 2G and other technologies, identifying coverage and quality issues, and recommending optimization actions. The engineer will use tools such as TEMS Investigation or similar platforms to conduct measurements, troubleshoot network problems, and support optimization teams with detailed reports. Collaboration with network planning, optimization, and operations teams is expected to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to project timelines and safety procedures.

🔧 Role Overview

MK GROUP IT SOLUTION is hiring skilled Engineers and Technicians for the BSNL Tejas 5G RF Drive Test Project. Candidates will be responsible for conducting drive tests, analyzing network performance, and ensuring high‑quality 5G connectivity across project regions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Execute RF Drive Tests using Tejas 5G Equipment.
• Collect and analyze network data for BSNL 5G rollout.
• Troubleshoot and optimize signal performance.
• Prepare daily test reports and submit to project leads.
• Coordinate with field teams and project managers for smooth operations.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / Graduation.
• Basic understanding of RF parameters and telecom testing tools.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to travel across assigned project locations.

🛵 Important Note

Experience Candidates will be Preferred & Freshers with Technical Education can also be consider through Training Programme.

Per Team One Two Wheeler/DL is Mandatory (Either Engineer or Technician must possess a valid Driving License and Two Wheeler.)

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Radio Frequency (RF) fundamentals and network performance understanding.
• Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Testing and field measurements for mobile networks.
• Candidates should possess experience in Optimization and performance tuning of cellular networks.
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of 2G technologies and related KPIs.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with TEMS Investigation or similar drive test and analysis tools.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in field conditions, including extensive travel within assigned regions.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear technical reports.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
• Prior experience in telecom network drive testing or RF optimization projects is an advantage.
