💠Job Description

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on development and production/application support experience. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications, troubleshooting production issues, and working closely with development and support teams to ensure application stability.

💠 Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L3 application and production support for .NET-based applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, database, and production issues.

Work on .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, #SQL Server, and front-end technologies.

Analyze logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with development teams for complex issues.

Monitor application health and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Maintain support documentation and follow established support processes.

💠 Required Skills

8–10 years of overall IT experience.

Strong experience in .NET Full Stack Development.

Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.

Good understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular/React.

Strong experience in production/application support.

Experience with L1/L3 troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

💠 Location & Work Mode

#Chennai – First Preference

#Pune / #Mumbai – Second Preference

Hybrid model with 2–3 days working from the office every week.

WFO is mandatory even during the night shift.

💠 Shift Timings

The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST

4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST

🔹 Rotational shift flexibility is mandatory.

🔹 Notice period: immediate joiner only

A strong .NET Full Stack professional with hands-on production/application support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts from the office as required.
