Job Description

• Handle invoice disputes, investigate billing discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) support activities, with strong expertise in invoice dispute management.
• Handle export documentation and ensure accuracy of related records.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes within agreed timelines.

Eligibility

• Strong experience in Invoice Dispute Management is mandatory.
• Exposure to Export Documentation is preferred/required as a secondary skill.
• AR Support candidates with strong invoice dispute experience can be considered.
• Location preference: Female candidates within 15 km and male candidates within 20–25 km of the Chennai office, considering rotational shifts and commute safety.
