What You'll Do

• Moderate and manage the Discord community.
• Welcome new members and keep conversations active.
• Answer creator questions and provide support.
• Plan weekly announcements, tips, and community events.
• Organize AMAs, challenges, and creator spotlights.
• Collect feedback and improve the community experience.
• Maintain community logs and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Discord or community management experience.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
• Organized, proactive, and community-focused.

• High daily community engagement.
• Consistent weekly events and content.
• A positive, well-moderated creator community.
