Director of Operations / Delivery Head – Medical RCM

• Location: Sector 63, Noida (On-site)
• Experience Required: 8–14 years in US Healthcare RCM (Minimum 4 years in a senior delivery/operations management role)

Position Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-caliber RCM Delivery Head to build, launch, and scale our new, tech-enabled Medical Revenue Cycle Management division from scratch. Operating out of our dedicated infrastructure facility in Noida, you will have complete autonomy over process migration, team recruitment, technology implementation, and service level agreement (SLA) delivery for international healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own all delivery metrics for End-to-End RCM (Eligibility Verification, Medical Coding (ICD-10/CPT), Charge Entry, Claim Submission, Denial Management, and Accounts Receivable Follow-up).
• Technology & AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of automated RCM clearinghouse tools, electronic health record (EHR) integrations, and modern AI-driven pre-submission claim scoring software to minimize denials.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a highly efficient hierarchy of RCM Team Leads, Quality Auditors, certified Medical Coders, and Billing Specialists.
• Compliance & Data Security: Enforce flawless data privacy workflows, ensuring the entire floor maintains absolute HIPAA compliance and robust biometric data-security barriers.
• Executive Reporting: Present a simplified weekly digital dashboard to the Chairman tracking Capacity Utilization %, Clean Claim Rate (CCR), Net Collection Rate, and Gross Billed Value ($).

Target Candidate Profile / Background

• Proven leadership track record at top-tier healthcare RCM firms such as Access Healthcare, Omega Healthcare, CorroHealth, or Genpact.
• Deep, practical knowledge of major US billing platforms (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic, AdvancedMD).
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC/AAPC) credentials are highly preferred.
