Role Overview

AIMER Business School is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Head for NPD. This is a "Business Head" role with full P&L ownership of our non-degree programs. You will be responsible for identifying market needs and building a portfolio of high-impact up-skilling programs, executive certifications, and specialized workshops/events. Your goal is to turn Aimer into a powerhouse for professional education, rivalling the agility and quality of top-tier modern business schools

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Innovation
  • Market Mapping: Identify high-demand industry skills (e.g., AI in Business, Fintech, Product Management) to launch relevant upskilling courses.
  • Executive Education: Design and launch high-ticket Executive Programs for mid-to-senior professionals looking for career transitions or leadership skills.
  • Micro-Credentials: Create a suite of Certification Programs and intensive Workshops/Masterclasses that provide immediate value to students and professionals.
  • P&L & Revenue Management
  • Business Unit Ownership: Take full accountability for the revenue and profitability (P&L) of the NPD vertical.
  • GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the "Go-To-Market" strategy for every product launch to ensure high enrollment and ROI.
  • Pricing & Positioning: Design pricing tiers that reflect the premium value of the Aimer brand while remaining competitive against digital-first players.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Academic Director for content quality and the Sales/Marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Secure and manage partnerships with industry trainers and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • Feedback Loops: Implement rigorous post-program assessments to ensure constant product iteration and quality control.
  • Team Building
  • Leadership: Build and mentor a lean, high-performance team dedicated to NPD operations, content coordination, and program management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in EdTech, Program Management, or Business Development within the higher education sector.
  • Experience in launching and scaling educational products from scratch is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the drive to "build as you go”.
  • Execution Excellence: Exceptional project management skills; you should be able to move a product from "idea" to "launch" in record time
