Director International Business Development

Role Description

The Director International Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for leading and expanding Esse India’s international business and client base. The role involves developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities, and driving sales initiatives for immigration and visa consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing business planning and performance, and coordinating with internal teams to align services with market needs. The Director will analyze market trends, prepare reports and forecasts, represent the company at relevant events, and ensure consistent brand positioning and service standards across international operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in International Business Development and International Business for identifying and expanding into new markets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business Development and Sales to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to design, implement, and monitor effective growth strategies and performance metrics.
• Experience in immigration, consulting, or professional services, with knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, is highly beneficial.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, with proven experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and travel as needed for business development activities.
