Director – Finance

Purpose

• Serve as the Finance Director/CFO responsible for the financial leadership of the NBFC.
• Drive financial strategy while ensuring RBI and NBFC financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting and Financial Controls.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Regulatory and statutory financial reporting.
• Treasury, liquidity management and ALM.
• Liaise with RBI, auditors, banks and regulators.
• Present financial matters to the Board.
• Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance.

Ideal Candidate

• CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance.
• Strong NBFC or Banking background.
• CA preferred (MBA Finance/CFA also valuable).
• Experience with RBI reporting, audits and regulated financial institutions.
