Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI/ML initiatives and drive innovation through data-driven and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, GenAI, causal inference, Bayesian modeling, and agentic AI systems, along with proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams. As the Director of AI/ML, you will guide the end-to-end AI strategy, from research and experimentation to deployment and scaling of production-grade models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, and Data to build intelligent, consumer-focused solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is passionate about advancing AI capabilities across the organization.

Must Have Skills

\* LLMs, prompt engineering, neural network architectures.
