Senior QA Engineer: Performance & Functional Testing

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Performance Testing and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have handson experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or LoadNinja and Playwright, TestComplete, or Selenium. The role involves designing and executing automated and performance tests to ensure scalable, high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or LoadNinja.

Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.

Conduct performance testing for Web, Mobile, Desktop, and API applications.

Prepare performance test reports and recommend performance improvements based on test results.

Develop and maintain automated functional test suites using Playwright, TestComplete, or Selenium.

Perform manual functional testing where required.

Collaborate with developers, QA and product teams to ensure application quality.

Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking and reporting.

Required Skills

3-5 years of QA experience.

Handson experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, LoadNinja, or any other performance testing tool.

Experience in performance testing of Web, Mobile, Desktop, and API applications.

Understanding of monitoring and profiling tools is an added advantage.

Handson experience with Playwright, TestComplete, or Selenium.

Experience in functional testing and test automation.

Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and defect management.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Playwright (preferred) or TestComplete.

Selenium experience is acceptable as an alternative.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation best practices.
