Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rupnagar. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to support the institute’s training programs and brand visibility. The specialist will manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and support lead generation initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing web and campaign performance data, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The role also includes collaborating with trainers and management to align marketing efforts with course offerings, events, and student recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong Communication skills for clear content creation, collaboration with internal teams, and interaction with learners and prospects.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC platforms (such as Google Ads), and email marketing tools is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rupnagar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced educational environment.
• Prior experience in an educational institution or training-focused organization is an advantage.
