DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

(Team - Digital Banking @ Bandhan Bank)

Primary Role & Responsibilities

• Develop future roadmap and strategy for the digitization of the Bank existing and new product offering.
• Conceptualize innovations and product development, seek business & cost approvals from senior management for the same.
• Develop, manage and oversee execution of all product development / enhancement projects including approvals of BRDs, FSDs and other stakeholder approvals
• Manage overall relationship with internal stakeholders like various Business Heads, IT, Information Security, Risk, Compliance etc. for product development
• Deep Knowledge of Wealth Management products like MF, Insurance, ASBA, Demat, 3in one account etc.
• Proven leadership skill with team handling experience
• Good Communication & Writing Skills (Must)

Core Skills & Qualifications

• MBA from reputed college.

Digital

Banking certifications would be an added advantage

• Overall experience of 5+ years preferably in the BFSI, having worked as digital product manager wealth for building digital onboarding, servicing journey for wealth products i.e. MF, Insurance, ASBA, Demat etc.
• Have deep understanding and experience in insurtech and wealthtech products and services
• Experience and solid understanding of digital design/UX principles, prototyping/wire framing tools, design principles etc.
• Experience in conceptualizing and releasing successful products in mobility & online domain both for retail & corporate users
• Knowledge of different technologies underlying mobile app development, digital technologies, native, cross platform technologies.
• Strong understanding of all financial products and services
