Role Description

The Digital Marketing Trainer at Evolve Me is a full-time, on-site role based in

Thane West, Maharashtra. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions on key digital marketing topics, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training material, conducting practical workshops, guiding students through live projects and assignments, assessing learner progress, and providing mentorship and career guidance. The trainer will stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates, continuously enhancing the learning experience. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to improve curriculum quality and participating in workshops, webinars, and events that promote Evolve Me's learning programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
• Experience in training, mentoring, coaching, or knowledge sharing.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts and deliver practical learning experiences.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools.
• Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Digital Marketer, or Marketing Professional is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane West and effectively manage learner batches with diverse backgrounds.
