Digital Marketing Trainee

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital communication, along with excellent content writing and language skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging and creative social media content, captions, posts, and campaigns.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Write clear, creative, and engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new and engaging content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive online presence.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for social media creatives and campaigns.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Conduct competitor and market research to understand current digital trends.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Good knowledge of social media handling and content planning.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
