**JAVAJ** is looking for a versatile, tech-savvy **Digital Marketing Specialist** to drive our online growth strategies in the beverage industry! This is a unique role that bridges data-driven marketing, web technology, and creative storytelling. If you are a digital marketer who can seamlessly transition from setting up ad campaigns to managing code and collaborating with creators, we want you on our team!

**Key Roles & Responsibilities:**

• **Campaign Management:** Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad strategies to scale JAVAJ's brand awareness and digital sales.
• **Influencer Marketing:** Identify, outreach, and collaborate with lifestyle, food, and beverage Instagram influencers to expand our brand reach.
• **SEO & Analytics:** Monitor organic traffic and search health using web analytics and webmaster tools.
• **Technical Upkeep:** Work closely with our IT/web scope to modify landing pages, implement tracking pixels, and manage databases.
• **Content & Creative:** Oversee visual asset creation for various digital channels and assist with media production.

**Required Skills & Tools:**

• **Paid Media:** Strong hands-on experience running **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads**.
• **SEO & Tracking:** Proficiency with **Google Search Console** and web analytics.
• **Design & AI:** Expert use of **Canva**, **Adobe Creative Cloud**, and a strong familiarity with leveraging **AI tools** for marketing efficiency.
• **Technical / IT Knowledge:** Proficient in core web languages and databases—specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
