Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about the future of the internet, love experimenting with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity), and want to master both traditional marketing and the cutting-edge field of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), this role is for you. You will assist in running multi-channel campaigns while formatting our digital footprint so it is easily discovered and cited by both search engines and AI engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across SEO, social media, and emailunder the guidance of senior team members.
• Paid Advertising: Assist in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns like Google Ads and social media promotions.
• Content Creation: Write engaging copy for blogs, emails, and social networks formatted into conversational Q&A blocks to target AI search summaries. Generate supporting images and short-form video assets using generative AI design tools.
• Data Analysis: Track key metrics using analytics platforms to measure return on investment (ROI), zero-click queries, and brand mentions across LLMs.
• Optimization & Schema: Run tests on landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates, and help implement structured data (FAQ schema) so AI engines can read our data easily.
• AI Research: Regularly test prompts on popular AI platforms to monitor whether our brand is being recommended or cited in conversational search results.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or web management roles.
• Working SEO Experience: Proven track record applying foundational on-page SEO, keyword intent mapping, and web optimization workflows (beyond entry-level theory).
• AI Tool Fluency: Heavy everyday user of generative text, image, and video AI platforms, with a strong understanding of how to prompt effectively for content production and how LLMs source information.
• Writing Skills: Strong capability to write clear, concise, and highly factual content that gets straight to the point.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on project experience).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
