Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive (Performance & Incentive Based)

Aarush Infotech is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition and lead generation campaigns. If you thrive on performance, hitting targets, and earning uncapped incentives for every project you bring and manage, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and successfully onboard client projects.
• Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve measurable results.
• Handle client communication and campaign reporting during the onboarding and execution phase.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads).
• Strong focus on deliverables and conversion metrics.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
