Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Medak. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels, including social media, search, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report key metrics. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing goals, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions. The specialist will stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitor activities, recommending data-driven improvements to campaigns and content.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms, creating content, and driving audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to interpret data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and creating audience-focused messaging.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and basic content creation (copywriting or visual assets) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Medak, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within mobility, technology, or services industries, is an advantage.
